Prosperity
With a minimum of fixed expenses, even the less fortuned can finally get freedom to breath. You'll have enough room in your budget for responsible shopping and to invest in yourself.
Sharphill’s mission is to build new cities. One where citizens don’t pay rent. Instead the companies that operate there contribute to housing as a cost of doing business. You live rent-free. This isn’t a work benefit. It’s commonwealth.

We are now renovating our 10-acre farm in Sweden, while innovating new solutions for construction and building materials. This will lay the groundwork for future expansion and our first commercial ventures.
Next step is to run a crowdfunding campaign to turn our farm into a proper solarpunk resort and build the very first housing prototypes as smaller holiday cabins. These will be used to evaluate efficiency while earning capital to invest in the next steps.
When processes and designs are tried and tested, it is time to get the capital needed to start building. This will be an entire town, like nothing you've ever seen. It will truly be a township of the future.
Nothing can stop a good idea from spreading, and Sharphill will build new worlds across the globe in a pace faster than lightning itself. Because speed is important to save the planet and change the current system before it starts pushing back.
With a minimum of fixed expenses, even the less fortuned can finally get freedom to breath. You'll have enough room in your budget for responsible shopping and to invest in yourself.
You would get the financial freedom, time and even the right tools needed to do good for the world, or just take some time off instead of slaving away at a job you might hate. The world is yours.
When human interaction and development is built into the architecture of our lives, no one will ever be alone or lost. Support and belonging would come naturally.
Towns would be self-sufficient on energy and lots of other things. But most importantly, it would change the consumer behaviour of its citizens.
Equity and efficiency would minimize spending on mega-corporations. When almost all you need is supplied locally, profits won't be funneled to billionaires.
Financial stability and a sense of community is proven to minimize crime. A less stressful life with a better safety-net also improves your over-all health.
Wealth accumulation for greater good
We aggressively pool resources from individuals, organizations, and institutions to fund the transition to a sustainable world. Imagine if the world's single biggest wealth belonged to the people, not a rich minority. Imagine then, what mankind could do.
ExploreMass production of essential products
Through cooperative manufacturing, automation and robotics, we will produce and deliver essential goods at the lowest possible price. No more monopolies to stockpile profits or patents that prevents distribution to those in need.
ExploreTear down harmful policies and institutions
We challenge the laws, policies, and institutions that perpetuate inequality, environmental destruction, and the concentration of power. Important decisions should be made directly by those that it affects, and day to day tasks are better handled by non-biased algorithms or experts.
ExploreEquality & Economic Justice
By building worker cooperatives, employees become co-owners — sharing the profits, voting on the big decisions, and shaping the future of their workplace together. When dignity is guaranteed, human potential is unleashed.
